Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. For bookings made directly with us, we refund the full amount if you cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date, or within 7 days of making the booking (as long as it is before your arrival date). Bookings made on other websites follow the conditions shown on the website where you booked.
How can I pay?
By credit card, in up to 3 instalments at no extra cost, or by Pix (Brazil's instant payment), with a 5% discount.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. It's a buffet, served every day from 7:30 to 10:30 am.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking right at the hostel.
Are towels included?
In private rooms, yes. In the dorms you can rent one here: R$ 10 for a regular towel or R$ 15 for an Egyptian cotton one.
What languages do you speak?
Portuguese and English.
